That focus is the whole point. Residential and industrial look like the same job from the outside. Find a space, agree a price. They are not. An industrial deal turns on what the slab carries, what the lift takes, what the incoming supply is rated at and what the land is zoned to permit. Those are the questions I ask first, because they are the ones that are expensive to answer late.
Warehouses, factories, offices, shophouses and retail units, for occupiers taking space and for owners letting or selling it. If a requirement crosses into residential, that is handled too.
A ten-minute call is usually enough to tell whether what you want exists at the price you have in mind.
